Browser storage

LobbyPick does not require an account. Your game shortlist is stored in your browser using local storage and is not sent to LobbyPick. Creator campaign labels from UTM parameters are kept in session storage and normally disappear when that browser session ends.

Live viewer polls

LobbyPick viewer polls do not require an account. A random voting token is stored in the browser to limit repeat votes. The poll service also creates one-way hashed identifiers from that token and the connecting network address. The secret used for hashing stays on the server, and LobbyPick does not store the raw IP address. Up to five votes from one network may be accepted so people sharing a household or venue can participate.

Poll questions, game choices, vote totals, winners, creation times, and expiration times are stored in LobbyPick's Cloudflare database. Poll links expire after seven days. Expired records may remain until a later maintenance cleanup runs. The optional QR image is generated by QRServer using the public poll link.

Privacy-safe usage analytics

When analytics is enabled, LobbyPick records limited events such as finder use, game-page views, Roblox link clicks, shares, and submission outcomes. Events can include the page path and campaign labels. The analytics code does not create an advertising identifier, fingerprint a device, store form contents, or intentionally record an IP address, name, or email address.

Google Analytics

LobbyPick uses Google Analytics to measure visits and understand which pages and game-finder features are useful. Google Analytics may receive page, device, browser, approximate-location, and interaction information and may use cookies or similar storage where permitted. LobbyPick configures Google Consent Mode so analytics and advertising storage are denied by default in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland until a consent choice is available.

Submissions and verification

The contribution form sends the information you enter to a private review inbox. A contact email is optional for ordinary game submissions and corrections but required for verification requests. Submission contents are used to review the request and are kept separate from usage analytics.

Third-party services

Game artwork is requested from Roblox thumbnail services, and opening a game sends you to Roblox. Contribution forms are processed by Formspree and routed to LobbyPick's private review inbox. QRServer generates optional QR images from public poll links. LobbyPick also uses Google services for analytics, consent management, and advertising. Each provider may process information under its own privacy policy.

Advertising

LobbyPick uses Google AdSense to request and display advertisements when Google approves and supplies them. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device information, and consent signals to deliver, limit, measure, and protect ads. Visitors in covered regions receive Google privacy controls for consent or opt-out choices. Advertising availability and personalization depend on those choices and applicable rules.

Younger visitors

LobbyPick has no accounts, public profiles, comments, or direct messages. We do not ask for your exact location. Before releasing any feature that collects personal information, we will review it against the privacy and advertising rules that apply to our audience.
